IP risk advisory

We advises clients on matters like non-payment of dues by Operational and/or Financial Creditors. We carry out a due diligence of the transaction to advice whether it is a fit case for filing a petition under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
We also assist our clients in preparation and filing of statutory forms like Notice of Demand, insolvency petition, etc. under the IBC.
Being licensed P professionals we can also act as Initial Resolution Professionals, Resolution Professionals and/o Liquidator under the IBC.
